Welcome to EventPOV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using EventPOV you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use EventPOV. By using the service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
To use certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Users may upload photos, videos and other content to events. You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant EventPOV a license to store and serve that content as necessary to provide the service. Event owners control visibility and sharing settings for their event media.
When an event owner connects Google Drive, EventPOV may create folders and upload media to the owner's Drive account. EventPOV uses OAuth tokens to perform these actions with the owner's permission. The event owner remains responsible for managing media stored in their Drive.
You agree not to use the service to upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content. You must not interfere with the operation of the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.
Paid features (if any) are subject to applicable payment terms and our Pricing page. All fees are non‑refundable except as required by law. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchases.
We may suspend or terminate accounts or access to the service for violations of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Upon termination, event owners should manage or download their media from connected Drive accounts; we are not responsible for media retained in third‑party services after disconnect.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. EventPOV does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error‑free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventPOV and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the last 12 months, or $100 if you paid nothing.
You agree to indemnify and hold EventPOV harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via notice on the site or by email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EventPOV is operated (consult local terms). Disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
